Favorite model for ear lobe (not tragus) usage
SMD✓ Verified Purchase•October 16, 2023
I purchased a handful of different varieties of ear clips to use with my tens 7000. I've experimented with a couple of weeks with all of them. I have tiny ears and no matter which clips I use, accessing my tragus for 20 minutes is almost impossible. I decided to try using my ear lobes as CES stimulators such as the alpha stim use. I found that I got nice results with this method. This model gives me the best results because the electrodes are bigger. They stay on my ear lobes nicely. As other reviews have said, these aren't going to work well on an average-sized tragus. But I found them to be very good on ear lobes. I'm sure everyone's experience will vary, but I find the treatment to be a bit stimulating. I know people say it makes them relax and is good for sleep, but I can't do it close to bed time. I do it at lunch time instead.
They work fine

The ear clips were fine with the tens pro machine.
Works great, with a little care

These work great for me. I use them for Transcutaneous low-level tragus electrical stimulation (LLTS) of the vagus nerve using the tragus and the earlobe like in this article: "Low-Level Transcutaneous Electrical Vagus Nerve Stimulation Suppresses Atrial Fibrillation" at jacc dot org (See photos. The pictured leads are different, but this product seems to work also.)
"This study examined the antiarrhythmic and anti-inflammatory effects of LLTS in humans. (...) Systemic TNF-α levels were suppressed significantly (2.3 ± 0.3 pg/ml) compared with baseline in the LLTS group but not in the control group... Systemic CRP levels decreased significantly in the LLTS group (1.9 ± 1.4 ng/l) but not in the control group... no difference was observed in the coronary sinus TNF-α or CRP levels between the 2 groups, indicating that the effect of LLTS was mediated through the systemic circulation."!
You will have to use conductive gel on clean skin (skin oils and fine hairs don't conduct!) where the metal makes contacts and I added little self-adhesive, felt pads to the plain plastic side to reduce slipping (see photos.) These don't clamp hard enough to hurt, which made the bare plastic a little slippery, but with a little care I was able to use them with or without the felt pads.

Great for auricular neurostimulation!
Jose Sandoval✓ Verified Purchase•September 13, 2023
Great for auricular neurostimulation! I bought this to use with my EMS/TENS unit. The Hausbell Dual Channel TENS Unit. A perfect fit! I use one clip on my lower lobe and one clip on my tragus for my left ear.
Clips too large

This works but the clips are too large
