I love this product SO MUCH!! This helps my muscles tremendously, I am on my feet 10 hours a day, I get to come home and use this amazing thing. Wow. I just have to say, if you are a human that has muscle pain, you should get this. I would say please read the instructions, they are actually well written and helpful, there are SO many extra pads in this thing that I just cannot believe it. I have had this for just about a week, used it several hours at a time (on different muscle groups of course) and haven't had to charge it. Haven't had to change the pads. I unattach them and rinse them carefully in the sink (I have pets so the dog and cat hair get on the pads because it's literally in the air lol) let them dry for a few minutes then put them right back on the little pieces of plastic they come on, and put them back in the bag. I used a permanent marker on the inside of the bag(so it wouldn't wear off) so I could know which ones I have used so I wouldn't use new ones till I needed to. I used to sit down and get up later and still hurt because just sitting doesn't help relax your muscles, it just lets them rest, and those are definitely not the same thing. when I use this, I get up from sitting and actually feel like the tension has gone away, it's easier to walk, easier to move. It's a lot like getting a massage. I love all the different settings it has. And the wide range of strength of signals it has, that makes it so customizable to whatever muscles need help. It is funny, on certain intensities it actually moves your muscles, this depends on where you put them in relation to each other as well as your muscles. I cannot recommend this enough. Especially for the price(!) this is an amazing buy. It was $25 at the time I purchased it but honestly I feel it's already paid for itself. It's as beneficial, I feel, as getting like a professional massage. Which I used to get regularly. You should remember to drink water just like you should when getting a real massage, it's still working those muscles and I think that is something I neglected to do.

TLDR; This helps me relive pain in my muscles from 10 hour work days on my feet. It's easy to use and has a crazy long battery life, it also comes fully charged! 10/10 would recommend! Drink water after using this!

I have a medical issue that causes transient nerve pain and this is the product that I use on painful spots when I have a flare up. It only helps when I actively have it on, but it helps me get through bad days. I've also used this for a frozen shoulder and a lower back sprain and both showed improvement after using this tens machine. I also use it when I have bad period cramps and it handles those as well. Best $10 I've ever spent on my health/wellness. Works as well as my old $70 one.
