The product is just fine for what it is, a pure mild chili pepper powder. Unlike the traditional "chili powders" that actually are blends including salt and other spices, I don't think it contains anything else. I bought it wanting to replicate Weber Hatch Chili Seasoning, which appears to be discontinued. That was a grill rub blend, but I used it many different ways. The plan was to take this, add whatever else was believed to be in the Weber, and get something similar. That didn't really succeed, but I will use it somewhere.
