I am impressed with the product i received. These are really good. I add them to my Acai bowls and it gives that extra boost for your palate. They are crunchy once you put them in something cold but also good to eat as a snack.

I love this product! A friend recommended that I take some in honey and warm water to help with my chronic bronchitis, and I must say that I am am surprised at how much this has helped! I toast the pepper pieces in a dry pan, then add powdered ginger and turmeric in. Then I put it all in a coffee grinder and pulse into a powder. I then add about 1/4 tsp to warm water and honey every morning. This product is fresh, fragrant, and it will last a long time. Highly recommend!

This is nice, though not the revelation I was expecting. Also, I am grinding it in a mortar and pestle to pulverize it. We agree that it does make a nice change from the usual, though I am not certain that I could tell in a double blind taste-test which recipe had which pepper.
