I use this company's products. They work. The key is to watch a youtube video if you do not know how to properly put down grass seed. You are wasting your time otherwise, no matter what brand you use.

He used this and the Green view Bluegrass blend. The bluegrass had about 10-15% germination wheras this had about 80-90%. Really nice dark green thick grass.
