This water bottle is perfect and I'm so glad I chose it. I can't speak to the ruggedness of it, but I can tell you that it doesn't leak and it doesn't sweat, which are the biggest selling factors for me. You wouldn't believe how many water bottles I've ordered and thrown away because of various reasons over the past 6 months. I use it to take water to work, and sometimes on the walk in from the parking lot, I'll throw the water bottle in my purse so it's very important that it doesn't leak or sweat. This water bottle is sturdy, keeps my water relatively cold, and has a carrying strap also. At night, I fill the bottle with water and have to lay it sideways in the fridge because it's so tall, and it does not leak. I have nothing but rave reviews for this water bottle after so many failures with others!

I really like this item. I was looking for something slim and leakproof. The clasp assures me the bottle won't leak. The opening is wide enough for a good gulp and the twist off cap gives me the option to add ice and refill quickly. I bought a few different bottles and prefer this because it is slim and has a strap that I can use to attach it to my backpack or belt. Seems like a nice, sturdy product.

This is a second bottle we bought my husband lost it somewhere in his office and he was upset. This bottle reminds him of his wife love whenever he is at work specially when he uses it. The bottle is absolutely easy to hold and carry, wash and refill with water be it distilled or flavoured liquid and it does not retain any smell. It is suitable for any age and i am going to get a third one for my son. The quality is very astonishing over the price we paid. Probably the best bottle we ever had..

First, this was a self motivated purchase and review. Bought two of these awesome water bottles for my boyfriend and myself after looking at lots of options and designs. After using them for about a week now I can definitely say they are excellent for our use, even my boyfriend really likes this one. We are light activity users, mainly on dog walks. Here are the reasons we love this water bottle:

(1) Perfect size: at 18oz it's not too big and not too small, can put in a 16oz drink and still have room to add ice.

(2) Great shape: simple cylindrical shape that can go in most carrier or holster, can even fit in the inside pocket of my hoodie for easy carry.

(3) Easy to clean: solid mouth piece design without moving pieces for bacteria to grow. Even the rubber part on the cap that seals the mouth piece when closed is removeable for washing.

(4) User friendly cap: solid hinge with light spring action allows for one hand to open and close the bottle. The button to open is not so sensitive that a light brush would open the cap. Plus, there's a "safety" latch if it's ever a concern. The light spring is easy enough that user can still easily close the cap with one hand, even a smaller size chubby hand like mine.

(5) Water flow & seal: there's a tiny exhaust hole when the cap is open so the water flows out very easily and in a good amount, no need to suck the water out or squeeze the bottle. This was particularly important to my boyfriend who, on previous water bottles, can't stand the small flow and ends up just opening the whole top to drink. The exhause hole is sealed when the cap is closed. This bottle has no problem being upside down.

(6) Comfortable grip: nice smooth bottle feels nice to the touch, not rubbery so it's easy to wipe down, has just the right amount of grip that it feels securely in your hand.

(7) Smart strap: low profile and rotates freely around the bottle so it's never in the way.

(8) Great color: I went with the gray color because I don't want to worry about every little scuff mark as I'm sure will eventually happen though this sturdy plastic bottle doesn't feel like it'll scratch easy. Even though it's a dark color, it's still quite translucent that I can always very easily see how much liquid is in there, even water, without holding up to a light.

This water bottle is so great that my friend wanted one too so I just ordered another one as a gift. I might order more as stocking stuffers for others!

This is a great bottle. I waited out two months to review this to see if the plastic will mold or stain after weeks of usage. I have used this for carot juice, tea, coffee, orange juice, and other drinks on a daily basis. I don't thoroughly wash it everyday, just regular rinse of dish detergent. I have not seen any molding or color changing so this is very good plastic. What I like best is this bottle is very light weight and I have poured hot water in (boiling is 212'F, I have used 208'F) and the bottle did not change shape, nor the water tasted like plastic. I was grinding the water sprout sometimes with my teeth and left some marks. Enclosed are pics of the lids so you can see closely. The colors from the drink comes off completely if you wash it better with a brush. No mold! High quality plastic used!
