Can I make it softer and turn off the alarm?!

I am an incomplete Quad so I need it to prevent skin breakdown and comfort. I have had help to lower the pressure but would like it softer! Also How can I turn off the pressure alarm? It sounds every time the mattress circulates ALL Night every 14-15 minutes!! Thank You Dawn

I ended up returning this mattress. Alternating air seemed to work well but the mattress was an unusual size and didn't fit my adjustable bed platform.

I had to have help getting this put together. It is very comfortable and cool. Unlike a foam mattress it does not capture heat. The one bad thing is the alarm that goes off everytime I get out of bed. That is annoying to me and probably to my housemates as well.
The air tubes are large and have gaps of 2-3 ...

The air tubes are large and have gaps of 2-3 inches at the point of contact, my 97 yr old mother complains of a hole where her back hit mattress at the hips, she is198 lbs at 5 ft. I have tried several mattress covers that were not helpful, switching bach to Drivebed.
