Arrived quickly and seem to be good quality. Haven't used them much yet I've only had them a short time but they are very sharp and comfortable to use. I don't know how well they will hold up in time but so far they are pretty good.

For starters, the customer service team of ULG is very responsive and helpful. Regarding the scissors, they are quite sharp and you definitely might find yourself cutting your fingers if you aren't careful (little tip: don't cut past the second knuckle because the hair has less tension anyway and you'll create weak guidelines/poor cuts). These work quite well on long hair but the bearing pivot bit doesn't seem the highest quality. It is adjustable but doesn't have a key so I used my finger nail which is fine. It is however a bit unideal that they come loose relatively quickly and you have to retighten them to keep them at a good tightness.

My scalp over produces keratin and it causes my hair to get coarse, frizzy and crunchy. I don't use any products with protein or keratin in them and only use shampoo and some light conditioner. On occasion I use organic coconut oil to calm the keratin production down. that's it. Anyway, I get extra keratin fuzz on the hair strands. I was so embarrassed to go get my hair professionally cut so I bought these scissors. I cut the ends and fuzz off quite frequently and it has helped tremendously!!
