I was more than excited for this. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I turn it on, it takes a color sample and powers down. I got a few test zaps when I opened the box, but when I went to actually use it the next day, no luck. I tried contacting the seller and they wouldn't get back to me. Thumbs down for customer service..

It is kind of hard to believe.... I kept doubting it at first. "it can't be working this well, this fast" I kept telling myself. BUT IT IS!!! I just did my 7th treatment, and i have 85-90% less growth. As in... GONE! nothing there anymore! It's AMAZING! No one paid me to write this! hahhaa!!! IT is working THAT well for me! I am very fair skin, with dark hair. This product doesn't hurt at all! It took me a few "zaps" to get used to the sense of it, but not nearly as painful as treatments when you go to a professional laser center. So far, I cannot say enough good things about this. Super easy to use! comes with protective glasses and a slick box for secure storage. For the first 2 weeks I used it 2 x a week, then down to 1 x week, then i'll use it 2 x month, or until all gone. Huge thank you to the company for designing this and releasing it. :)

I just recieved this today and was so excited to use it. I was very pleased at how easy it was to use. I have high hopes that it will continue to work well for me. I struggle with darker and more coarse facial hair, and of course as a woman, I am going to be very self conscious about it. I have done laser treatments in the past at local clinics and was pleased with the resultd but cost is an issue for me, so it seemed a much better solution than sinking hundreds of dollars into treatments.

Amazing product! I have been using it for a few months now, on a semi-regular basis, for about 15 minutes each session, and the results are incredible. At first, I used the device for the first month, but wasn't seeing the result I had hoped for. However, I continued to use the device whenever I would think. I would often go over the same area several times in one treatment, and I began to see the results. My friend has a hair remover of another brand, which is much more expensive than this one, but I think it works as good as hers!
