The fit is pretty accurate in the waist but I feel that the leg straps are too wide. Went a size down and still had to keep adjusting the leg parts as they would slip. I'm 6', 170lbs and I don't have thin legs or a small booty and a medium fit great except around the legs. Still my favorite pair of underwear though.
