These jars are made of heavy, quality glass and are perfect for quick pickling, preserved lemons or anything else. They are a generous quart size and are easy to clean as well.

Perfect for sourdough starter and pickling veggies. The jars are a nice thick glass and the locking mechanism is sturdy. They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to clean. I expect they will last a good long time.
