I haven't used it yet but it seems rather flimsy.
makes a great quiche NOT microwave safe but rep acknowledges mislabeling

I made my first quiche in a "real quiche pan" in the oven and it worked great. The quiche "popped" out easily and slid off the bottom just fine into a plate. i don't do the dishwasher thing so I can't comment on that but I can comment that when I "hand washed" it the little residue that was there easily washed away and i dried on a rack almost immediately.
It has a label, as do all of their products, seemingly, that says it is "microwave safe". Welll ummm no....but I posted a question about that and almost IMMEDIATELY a representative answered that no it is not microwave safe, and it is a labeling problem so I give them kudos for that.
So... again, it makes a great quiche, just don't use the microwave! :)
