I love this stering wheel cover the colors are very upbeat and cheerful and look great in my slate gray colored car. Yes, it's a bit of a challenge to get it on (it has rubber underneath that doesn't stretch!) but I used a screwdriver as leverage and manged to get it on fairly easily. I've already gotten compliments on it from some friends. I knocked off a star because it's intense Neoprene "new car" smell. Even after airing it our for days it still smells and the rubber smell gets on my hands when I drive, which I don't care for. I've placed some plastic wrap on it where my hands touch it until the smell disipates, Neoprene is toxic (mostly due to the adhesives required to make it) and yes....can enter the body through the skin. I may have to wash this if the smell doesn't go away, we'll see. That's really the only drawback. This cover fits fine on my 2003 Ford Escape in case you have the same make/model and is a nice touch for the somewhat boring gray on gray interior.

I can not for the life of me get this thing on. I drive my dads Ford F250, and the steering wheel is grimy from being used to haul maple sap. I wanted to get a cover to make it not so gross, and to keep my hands from freezing in winter. I left this sitting on the dash all afternoon for a week, during the hottest days of summer (95+F,super humid, in direct sunlight) and it just would not get on there, after 20 mins of trying and dying in the cab of my truck that had turned into satans armpit.. Idk if the wheel is too big or what. I didnt try the hairdryer trick since the one i own is a tiny travel one, and doesnt get very hot, also didnt want to kill it to heat a steering wheel cover for 10+ mins. Not even youtube or wikihow helped, in fact i almost broke my dang finger getting it stuck in the cover. Im going to save this for my future car I hope it works better then.

I have ordered a lot of things on Amazon. My motto is "If I can't find it on Amazon, I don't need it." A few of the items I have ordered have been smelly. Most of the time, a few days in the Arizona heat has taken care of it. Not this time. This steering wheel cover is without a doubt the smelliest thing I have ever come across on all my years on Amazon. I could smell it before I opened the box. Everything else in the box was permeated with the oily chemical stench. It lingered in my nostrils for several hours. It has now been outside for two days and it's just as bad. You DO NOT want this cover. Zero stars!!

I didn't realize this would be as durable-feeling as it is (has a sort of rubber in-lining that helps to keep its round structure). The last steering wheel cover I had was just a more flimsy and stretchy piece of cloth that wrapped around my wheel. This cover feels sturdy, yet the cloth on the outside is soft enough and feels nice. LOVE the pattern too, and I really think this will help protect my hands from my scorching hot steering wheel when it's over 100 degrees here in Tucson. Great product for such a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

Adds such a beautiful me element to my 2012 red vw beetle. I wouldn't say it was simple to install because it takes some elbow grease, but it didn't take me to long to work it on (less than 5 mins). I found it best to start from the top of the wheel and work evenly around both sides. When I got towards the bottom of the wheel I pulled the cover opened and worked my way around until it was completely on.
