Very happy with this trainer! I really wanted a starter/intro fluid trainer and feel this is a great product for the price. Very sturdy, easy to get my bike on/off and very quiet. Fluid only a few minutes to warm up. It gives a great workout. Highly recommend!

This is the first indoor bike trainer stand I've ever gotten; I chose it because reviews indicated it was easier than others to set up, quieter and more light-weight. It just took 30 mintues to set up without need directions,works great so far,stay healthy,feel the burn,lose the weitht,good value for the money!!

So far it has met my needs. The only downside, and this is to be expected from a fluid trainer, is that it does take a few minutes for the fluid to warm up. Because of this the first 5 minutes or so usually require additional torque before the trainer becomes smooth. It does seem like a good value for the money though compared to similar trainers.

My trainer actually came within 3 days. Very durable and most importantly, very stable. The unit folds up for easy storage, includes a trainer specific skewer for the rear wheel. Does not come with riser block! The noise level is very tolerable. I think for the price it is a excellent product. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a well-built bike trainer that fits my mountain bike perfectly. Installation took only a couple of minutes. I set up is near my computer and then i will be able to enjoy shows, music and online surfing during your workout . This works excellent for its intended use.
