I was trying to hook this up via the 3mm cord to my outdoor projection. It worked great and was much louder than a previous speaker. And I noted someone showed an on-line video showing the speaker to rock. I'm happy to say that they've fixed this and now it's sturdy. So, yes I'm happy with my purchase.

The speaker isn't overly large, but packs a quality sound that you normally couldn't get without paying a lot more money. The speaker also seems very durable. I would take this to the job site and not worry about it getting damaged. The only bad thing I have to say about this speaker is in regards to the battery life. From a full charge, it will last maybe an hour and a half to two hours at medium volume. As long as it is plugged in, it will play as long as you want.
