Perfect condition, good packaging. The brush works wonders on my long-haired Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie). It got out any mattes that were there, and fluffed her out. She is usually super scared of brushing (the furminator is not good for double coated dogs!). She loved this and enjoyed it! Very gentle, and a good size of a medium sized dog.

i got this for my dogs but no way will it work. It works on the cat but pulls badly on the older cat who is very sensitive, need to look for something flatter and not rounded (like my groomer uses) that will have a better feel to it
