This Ceylon cinnamon is only 'OKAY'. I've ordered organic ceylon cinnamon from 'Frontier Co-Op' and 'Herb Affair'. This cinnamon from 'Naturevibe Botanicals' is definitely NOT as fragrant as the former two. I bought this one because it was cheaper. I wish I had paid more and got it from either Frontier or Heb Affair. This cinnamon has a much more woodsy, earthy fragrant and taste. It almost smells and taste like it has regular wood as filler. I'm not sure where they source their cinnamon. As far as texture and grind, it's the same as the other brands. It's extremely fine which I do like.
