I bought these for helping my son work on his house. The jacks worked well.
word of caution for the harry homeowner - I have the level III homeowner ladders and it is wobbly. The jack system worked with another, shorter ladder half serving as the cross piece with two 1 1/4 x 6 deck boards serving as the walking surface. I would recommend a homeowner buy the level II ladder(s).
