If I can give 0 star, I would have done so. I had used Simple moisturizer before, which was bought from the local retail store. And thus I purchased online this time. Regretted so much having bought from THIS store. I seriously doubt if their product is genuine. On the first night after applying to my face, I started have a tingling feeling. I thought the face is adapting to it but NO! I ended up washing off the cream as my face began to turn so red and painful, and my face is still reddish until today. Ended up buying a lotion for sensitive skin. I requested for return but got told that "No return for personal product". Seriously? What kind of business is this? Folks, please seriously consider carefully before you click the buy button.

I fell in love with this line of skin care while traveling in England. I had forgotten to pack facial cleanser and after sweating over a shelf of products I was unfamiliar with, went for the Simple. That was 8 years ago. I made the 2 tubes I'd purchased last as long as I could and about cried for joy when they finally started selling their products on this side of the pond. I've always been allergic to certain chemicals, and finding a cleanser that didn't burn my skin was always a challenge. This moisturizer is the frosting on my face cake!

Normally I like this lotion. But twice now I've received bottles of lotion that don't smell right. First time turned out to be an expired bottle of lotion. This last time it wasn't expired but I couldn't stand the smell. I'm not sure if it's the brand or Amazon that is selling the foul smelling product, but I've decided to try a different brand. It's a shame because like I said, normally it's a good face lotion.
