I have been dealing with pain at the nape of my neck for YEARS! I tried so many different ways to relieve that pain and just could not. I found this product online while laying in bed in pain and thought it would be worth a try. It was pretty simple and easy to set up. After the first couple of uses, using it for 2 minutes at a time, the pain was GONE! I still use it every other night just to make sure the pain never comes back, and because it really is a nice feeling to stretch out my neck in a way I never have. I'm SO GLAD I purchased this. I chose this as the most cost effective method to try some cervical traction at home figuring the more available it is to use the more likely I might feel results. (pinched nerve) The water bag over the door units probably work as well but would be more cumbersome to use. Not for children or the faint of heart, but the ratchet mechanism does allow incremental control of the stretch pressure you feel is best. Make sure you have a solid chair with a back when using, as you don't want to be left hanging!! Within 6 weeks and other modalities I am noticing some actual improvements.

This product is amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone! I was in a car accident in 1997 with extreme whiplash that required a long series of visits to a chiropractor. The visits helped me immensely, but he said I would probably have issues as time went on. He was right. Headaches, upper back & into neck issues, as well as problems with numbness down into my fingers/hands. I can honestly tell you.....this product has helped the issues I've had by 90%, especially the numbness. Trying to paint with numb fingers is very tricky, to say the least but not now!!! I am so thankful my husband purchased one of these, and with 5 minutes a day has shown results for me, especially.

I received this same day, which was MUCH needed. I had MRI showing 2 buldging disc and 1 protruded disc in my neck. This device helped me tremendously. I highly recommend this over the "water bag" devices that are similar because you can add tension slowly and gradually in the same round. I used it 3 times a day and instantly started feeling relief after first use. I have been dealing with the same neck injury/issues for years and finally feel like I am getting the relief I needed even after 6 weeks of Physical Therapy and chiropractor visits. After 1 week my range of motion is better than it has been in years and not even thinking about surgery now.

It is a Chinese product and all instructions are not English, but there really is nothing to it. just look at the picture, hang over the door and everything is ready to go. For $30 delivered to my door the same day I can't complain. The most important thing was the relief it provided me which well exceeded my expectations.
