Using it once or twice a day for about 10 minutes or so, my only problem was letting myself relax into it. Great quality, good material, looks/feels to be a long-lasting pillow.
Not purposed to be a replacement for your pillow, so don't sleep on it over night. I would definitely recommend - it's a great compliment with physical therapy.
