It seems to be a solid LED clock. The reason I only give it four stars are:
(1) The two holes that will attach to the nails are too small for normal sized nails you buy from Homedepot. I had to heat up a nail on the stove and expand the holes. The end results are not pretty.
(2) I don't quite get why an LED clock need to be this thick.
