I'm updating my previous rating from 2 star to 4 stars because depending on reason for return evidently the return postage changes. The item as described looked like it would work but unfortunately it did not work for me.
I'm returning it for the triangular pouch they carry. Now postage is at 0. I'm happier now. I think puch eould be better if the phone pouch was converted to storage, but that's just me.

the five stars are for customer service. the seller, ArcEnCiel,reached out to me SEVERAL times after i expressed dissatisfaction with the item i received. i said: "Came apart at the seams after a few weeks, but to be fair it was during Extremely rough use. Very roomy, can carry a lot of gear." ArcEnCiel offered to replace it with an even nicer bag. i was skeptical and did not respond to their emails. i finally responded and was actually shocked when i realized they really were going out of their way to make things right on a purchase i made quite some time ago. it is nice to come across a company like ArcEnCiel that is this committed to customer satisfaction.
