Excellent Grill and solid customer support!

I am very impressed and satisfied with my 3Embers Grill. It was easy to assemble and
seems to be well made compared to other brands I've seen at various Do It Yourself stores.
It is simple to use and cooks very evenly.
In shipping, there was a wheel missing and a dented door. I contacted Customer Support and they took care of the situation very quickly!
Mailed me a new wheel and door and handle.
The Grill is being used 2-3 times a week.
We love it!

I was hesitant to purchase a gas grill sight unseen, but after reading reviews on Amazon and other sites, I decided to take the plunge.
The grill is great... It came mostly assembled, you just need to attach the two sides and put the grates in place... Easy peasy. It actually took us longer to get the grill off the shipping pallet than it did to assemble it, lol.
The quality is great... Fairly heavy duty. I needed two hands to lift the lid(in full disclosure, I have zero upper body strength 💪).
As for performance, so far so good. Heats up quickly and evenly... And no issues cooking.

This 3 Embers has 4 burners and 5 knobs.
Confusing, but true.
I'm comparing this to another gas grill that I got from Amazon: the Char Broil Performance 300 2-Burner Cabinet Gas Grill, which costs $181 at the moment.
Both grills are excellent.
The key question you need to ask is: should you spend 3 times more to get this 3 Embers stove?
The good news is that you can't lose: both grills are excellent.
It comes down to how much capacity do you desire and how often you expect to use it.
If you're a hardcore grill nut, then the answer is easy: get the 3 Embers.
PROS:
- You can look through the glass to see how things are cooking and not interrupt the cooking - and check the temp with the temp gauge!
- It has a nice side burner (but no separate sear station)
- It's easy to clean the drip pan and the grease tray.
- The cover has elegant steel mesh inserts that are removable and replaceable.
- The 5 knobs have LED lights in case you cook at night.
- The 4 burners look solid: ceramic-titanium coated stainless steel burners that are backed by a lifetime warranty
- The 540 sq. in. of primary cooking area and 160 sq. in. of secondary cooking space, you can cook feed a big group!
- The 5th knob: It has a 12,000 BTU cast iron side burner to heat up soup or whatever.
CONS:
- Weight: This is a 100 kg beast. At least it has wheels.
- Price: At $600, it's hard to argue that it's 3 times better than the Char Broil Performance 300 2-Burner Cabinet Gas Grill. You get perhaps twice the value.
CONCLUSION: If you expect to cook for a big group and to cook often, get this big boy.

So this grill was not even on my radar when I started casually looking at grills. I saw it online at a few big box store websites, but never in person. And some of those sites were asking way too much money for them. Being a relatively newcomer to the grill world, I was a little hesitant to consider them, but after seeing them in person at a Tractor Supply Company store, I was sold. The glass is not just a gimmick, it actually helps me keep from burning burgers or chicken due to flare ups. The grill grates are heavy, stainless steel, the hood is double isolated, and is heavy too. All stainless steel construction will hopefully withstand the weather. The side burner is nice to have, although if I had a choice, I'd rather have a separate sear station in its place, or in addition to it. Having 4 casters makes it easy to get to the back for drip pan and grease tray cleaning. The Embers burner covers are unique, with steel mesh inserts to help vaporize any drips. The inserts are removable and replaceable, if the need arises. I just have no complaints with this grill so far. I just absolutely love having it on my deck. The version at Tractor Supply comes with the soft close drawers and a free grill cover with the 3Embers logo on it. I got lucky and bought it for Fathers Day, when they were running a 20% discount on all grills, so it went from $499 to $399. I couldn't pass it up, and I'm glad I didn't. The only thing I would do different is add a sear station, but I'll just buy a set of Grill Grates and make my own, so no big loss there. Good job 3 Embers!
