This product works with discipline. Do not expect results if you do not try to manage what you eat for weight loss. I not only took for 2 weeks M-F, I also cut out most Sugars and Starch. I also started drinking more water. I didn't have any side effects and doesn't make me feel funny. It really curves your appetite. It works but you have to do your part. I would also encourage, for those trying to lose, to do exercise because for me it is jump rope for about 5-10 minutes a day. I have lost 20lbs for the month of January 2018.

I love these. The have no taste! If anyone has tried other brands and were put off the they sour vinegary flavor. I would suggest you by these. A++++. I love Havasu products.

Great alternative to losing weight. It's been 3months and I lost 15 lbs doing it off and on imagine if I was doing it day in and day out...i work and usually just forget to follow it to the tee but make no mistakes YOU LOSE WEIGHT.

Apple cider vinegar is so good for you in so many different ways... but the taste. Gross. And if you have IBS like I do, it's just way too acidic to a shot (or more) a day - even with food. Tried these on a whim and they're fantastic. No gross taste to chok down, but also no upset stomach to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone who wants the benefits of apple cider vinegar but just can't ingest the liquid.

So far so good. This has helped curb my appetite and helps me stay fuller longer after a meal. I also do feel a boost of energy afterwards. Hopefully when my knee gets better (torn pcl) I will be able to work out with that extra energy. I've had stomach issues for a majority of my life. These do not make hurt my stomach at all. I've also noticed I've dropped a couple of pounds in the short time that I've been using them. Plan on using them again.
