This is a good, sturdy piece of equipment. My Glock 19 fits in the holster properly and is held securely. The only issue I have with it (and it may be because this mattress is not a heavy one) is that the weight of the weapon gradually pulls the whole piece down and I need to readjust it every few days. Not a big issue in the scheme of things.
