I didn't like it, honestly with a basic level of research I realized that essentially this product doesn't exist. The only product info I could research took me to an amazon marketing company (boost marketing group llc.). Three cheers for them because I purchased this based on reviews which I'm now assuming are part of their marketing campaign, which they apparently have dialed in because other than positive amazon reviews (which I now see as disproportionately positive), this product has no background, or legitimacy.
The good news is these pills wont kill you, but a simple google search on doseage led to me realizing that the company is 100% amazon product marketing, i.e. has no business in metabolic supplement products. Literally, the bottle this came in has the same hexagonal light blue patter the marketing company uses on its main page. Which, worth noting, lists its other very much non supplement related products as success stories of their marketing campaign.
Long story short, if I want to sell some garbage on amazon well outside my wheelhouse, aka. I have no business being in the business of, then go to boost marketing group llc. because they can make you look like a gosh darn leading expert. And for that I give this product (really the underlying marketing business) five stars.
PS. don't get this supplement if you're looking for an energy/metabolic excellarator..
