My kids love these bubble blowers! I bought these originally because I was looking to a bubble blower like the ones Gymboree used to make and I was excited to find these. I think they work really similar to the Gymboree ones. I was amazed at how such a small amount of the bubble mixture could make so many bubbles. I think we got too much bubble mixture on the wand initially and it would just blow a big blob of bubbles. But then after a minute it was a blizzard of bubbles that would float around the room and last quite a while.

Just like the description says, this bubble wand produces a blizzard of mini bubbles! It's absolutely great, though there is a bit of a learning curve - it takes very little solution to work properly, and too much solution results in big bubble clumps.
The bubble solution is extremely thick, which has some pros and cons. On the one hand, the bubbles do not pop quickly/easily, so the blizzard of bubbles can travel quite far. A small amount of solution goes a long way - I found that even after bubbles stop coming, and I can lightly shake the wand and get 2-3 more blows that way before needing to add more. On the other hand, the bubbles leave a thick "skin" behind when they do pop which makes them quite messy if they get all over you.

These are really fun and the tiny bubble are a hit! Super easy for my kiddos, 4 and 6, to use, but once the bubble soap that came with it was empty, the regular bubble soap you typically find at Target and Walmart does not work well. The bubble soap that comes with these blowers is thicker and works with the product so order extra bubble soap so the kids have more to use!

OMG this is the BEST invention ever - the older kids (7 & 9) loved it as did the 3 & 5 yr old, but there's nothing to spill or inhale (when I 'refilled' the little one's bottle with regular bubble solution, he started coughing, because when he inhaled before he exhaled, he inhaled some of the new soapy water - didn't kill him, but the bubbles weren't as numerous). You simply just dab a little of the special soap on the end of the wand and rub it around - makes a ton of bubbles, there's nothing to spill, and even the youngest of kids can use it since it is SUPER EASY to blow the tiny bubbles - best thing ever for the outdoor bbq!! Get one for every kid coming. Great invention.
