Not spicy. This is a creamy lightly textured sweet creamed corn with the naturally smoky flavor of poblano but with zero heat. It is really nice tasting. This Sweet Corn and Roasted Poblano soup is really good. I really like the Well Yes! line from Campbells. The ingredients are good, soups have a fresh taste, and they can be consumed hot or cold. Though warmed up is always best, in my opinion. But they just all seem to have a taste and texture that is pleasant enough cold, which makes it a great addition to an emergency pantry, or added to a hiking pack, car kit, or daily carry in my purse. A little food anytime.

Heating up is easy. Take off lid, peel off the top, then heat in microwave for a minute. Then take out and replace the sipping lid. Or pour all into bowl and just eat how you want. This would be really nice paired with a hunk of bread.

I really enjoy the Well, Yes! soups. I like all of the flavors but some flavors are hard to find at times. The lid was hard for me to get off with arthritic hands but I like the heating convenience. The cup is easy to drink from. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I watch for sales. Even at full price, I think it is worth it. The soup is surprisingly filling and has a great taste.

Soup is great, very nutritious and tasty. However, the black cap does not pop off. You have to pry it off by inserting a spoon handle or knife in the sipping hole"¦.be careful. I bought 16 cans, but had I known how difficult it is to open, I wouldn't have. I just-read lots of reviews on google where others had the same issue. Really disappointing.

when fresh, these are almost a squash color but they go bad, fast and turn a pumpkin shade so be on the lookout. they run the case for $11 all the time which is a great value. good hot or cold and love the sip cup feature. very satisfying.

I actually contacted the company due to the difficulty of getting the black piece off of the top. Several friends have commented the same thing. I actually had to use a screw driver to pop the piece off. The customer service rep was extremely nice !
