Great way to shed some pounds!

Essentially to lose weight its a simple equation. Move your body and reduce your calories. I don't think hyped up juiced up stimulants will do much, and there aren't any "fancy" ways or programs that will work if you don't add in those two simple things. I really appreciate this pill because it addresses the core method to lose the weight. Simply. Easy for your body to understand. I had to take 6 months off from working out due to an injury and wanted to shed some pounds that had accumulated. This made it super easy, its such a crazy good appetite suppressant that I had to tell myself to eat more at dinner! I also believe the mood balancing always helps with motivation. You gotta feel good to get up and be motivated! I have only been taking this two weeks, and have already dropped 2 lbs. I do not have a lot to lose, so as you prob know, that makes it harder to nudge those last few. I love this and am super glad it's effective! Helps a ton!!

Love that this product is only 3 ingredients in a veggie capsule. 5-HTP is the first ingredient. This is an amino acid which aids in sleep, energy and mood. 5-HTP helps increase serotonin which can reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. The next ingredient is Satiereal Saffron which acts as an appetite suppressant, particularly reducing craving for sweets. Thus, can aid in weight loss and increase energy. If you aren't consuming sugar/sweets, you will not be sluggish. This product only has 1 filler (vegetable stearate) as compared to other supplements which have many. I love that the capsule is a veggie capsule, which I can digest well. Many supplements use a gelatin capsule which is difficult for many people, including myself to digest. Gelatin actually causes many GI issues for me.
Overall this is a great product. I recommend it for anyone wanting a healthy, caffeine-free appetite suppressant and mood booster. No jitters. No side effects. No harmful, unesessary fillers. Just 3 simple ingredients. I wish more companies would follow suit and use healthy capsules with minimum "other ingredients".
Would definitely purchase again.

I have been using Genius Supplements for a few weeks and I'm a customer for life. They simply do what they say.
I just started taking the Genius Diet Pills, and from pill #1 I have seen what they say you should experience. Reduced appetite and most importantly , I'm not craving any snacks throughout the day, which to me is the easiest way to mess up a day of healthy and smart eating.
I have tried diet pills before, and always needed up throwing them away because the side effects were horrible. Jitters, jacked up and a huge crash in the middle of the day. Heart racing and an overall horrible feeling. With Genius, I don't experiment any of that which is why I will continue to take them and buy more!
Just 1 pull before breakfast and 1 before lunch. No need to take an absurd amount of pills either!
If you are one like me and feel the same about diet pills, do yourself a favor and try these. I promise you will feel great and control your diet a lot better.

Genius Diet is another great product from an amazing company. I have been following an intermittent fasting protocol and trying to lose some fat, and this product has been a huge help. In the past dieting has been extremely hard for me, as I always have a huge appetite and I'm constantly craving junk food. This product has done wonders for me, curbing my appetite and reducing my cravings for pizza and sweets. I'm always hungry in the morning, which makes fasting pretty difficult, so the appetite suppressing effect has been a godsend. With the aid of this product and my diet/exercise program, I've managed to drop a significant amount of fat without feeling miserable while fasting.
Yes it works lol I normally feel anxiety and I have to eat here and there but with this pills I noticed that I am not eating between meals like I used to eat
