To give a little background, I use these to control my reoccuring UTIs. I get them very frequently, almost every month frequently. When I heard black seed oil can help, I got these and tried them out. I took 2 a day and WOW was all I could say. No more UTIs!! It was months where I was UTI free. Then I ran low so I ordered 2 bottles recently and to my surprise, the capsules were alot lighter in color. I didn't think too much of it but the first day after taking these lighter capsules, I got another UTI. This is how I know for a fact that these are no longer the same quality as the first few bottles I got. I am really disappointed that they have reduced the quality of these capsules. Will not be purchasing again.

These are the best one out here this is the only brand I love very satisfied. You have to take them for awhile to see the results and I been
taking them since Mar 2017 and you must have a healthy immunne system. I haven't had any colds it makes me feel great, so don't give up on them it takes time especially these are pills they take longer to get in your system within a year you will see great results. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Still to early to tell if they are doing their job in my body. I haven't been having all the sinus flare ups I used to have. The one thing I don't like is the belching taste like a lead pencil. I'm on my second bottle and that taste starts to fade away. I no long taste that nasty belching.

I tried to take this supplement for several days, first taking the recommended dosage of two together. After the second day, I started having heart palpitations and an odd jittery feeling. I tried dividing the dose to one in the morning and one in the evening, that didn't help. Finally, I reduced the dosage to once a day and still had the same effect. I do take synthroid for hypothroidism so it's possible that either my condition or my medication and the black seed oil don't play well together. After doing more research on black seed oil, I found that some others have also complained of the same side effects as I had. They did not mention any underlying medical condition with their reaction. So, unfortunately I will not be able to continue using this product.
