Very easy to install. The biggest challenge is the post. If don't already have one, you'll need to get one and put it in the ground first. We had a post, so I just had to cut it shorter to mount the plastic base. It comes with screws for attaching it to the post. I drilled pilot holes, so the screws went in easily. So far it looks great and I expect it to hold up well. It came with large number stickers for the house number, which are easy to add and see from a distance.

I love the mailbox. It looks great. It was easy to install. It comes with all the screws needed for assembly, as well as the numbers for the address (shown in picture). The only slight downside... the height (from the bottom of the mailbox door to the ground) is 38'' which is a little short. But it's way better than my other mailbox which was even shorter (and my mailman always delivered my mail anyway). Highly recommend!
