Received a 1000 Boost instead of the 900 that I ordered, but after charging it to full last night it will not turn on. I tried calling customer service at 10 am CST and the phone line did not pickup apparently they are on Pacific time zone. They direct you to fill out a warranty request form instead of talking to you for all issues it appears.
Very disappointed, my friends have used these products in the past with success.
Update: Used the Amazon product support and followed their instructions to hold the power button to unlock the device for 7-8 seconds and it started functioning.
