Very well made

I bought this because I love pasta! I can eat a whole box of store bought pasta at one sitting, which is not good for my weight or my health. I changed my diet to whole grain and along with other changes, like getting a dog and walking two hours each morning with her, I have managed to drop 35 pounds. I now am at the weight I should be. When I made my own whole wheat pasta flavored with fresh rosemary and thyme, one serving kept me full for hours.
These rollers fit perfectly on the KitchenAid mixer. If you havent used one of these yet, there is a little 'nub' that has to fit into the slot on th front of the mixer. It can be a little tricky the first time because you have to align the square drives on the roller and mixer and get the nub to go into the slot before you tighten down the drive screw. One thing I learned about cooking or baking with whole wheat is that you need to let the dough 'rest' so the bran can absorb enough water so it doesnt have the texture of hay. I let it rest for two hours and it comes out excellent. Even when I make whole wheat muffins I let it rest for two hours before baking and they are pretty light and fluffy (for a muffin).
You want the dough a little tacky before you wrap it in plastic wrap to rest, you can always firm it up later with a dusting of unbleached white flour while getting it ready for the rollers. You also want to dust the rollers with flour to keep the dough from sticking to the rollers. I love my set and plan on making double batch of pasta dough early tomorrow morning so it will be ready for lunch. I keep the unused pasta dough tightly wrapped in plastic until I am ready to make pasta again I havent use the fetticini roller yet but the lasagna and angel hair rollers work fantastic. I havent been able to make perfectly formed 10 inch spaghetti yet but I am working on it,. And next weekend I plan on making an eggplant lasagna with pepperjack cheese. These seem to be very well made and if you like cooking I think you will like these very much. Rob

The pasta set is a well-constructed, Kitchen-Aid attachment that makes professional-quality pasta whether it be for spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagna, etc. The rollers and cutters are operate smoothly with ease and cut or roll pasta sheets cleanly without any issue. There is no pasta that are torn or inconsistently produced.
The pasta machine works great with my Kitchenaid

The pasta machine works great with my Kitchenaid. It attaches easily, and stays well installed. It easily works through the pasta dough until it produces a good noodle. I've not had any problems. Its way easier to have an attachment when you are making pasta, it makes your life so much better. Last time I made pasta was 3 years ago, it took me a long to make it by hands. I think I will make pasta more often now.
Well-constructed

The pasta set is a well-constructed. The quality can be compared with KitchenAid's. It's a very difficult decision to make whether to get this or the name brand. I finally bought this considering the price is more affordable, and I am glad that I did. My kids enjoy making pasta. They love watching the whole process, from gathering the ingredients to mixing them and definitely during the pasta feast. Clean up is also easy, just run it under water with a little soap. Overall, I think this is a good product.
Love these pasta rollers

I love this set of pasta rollers for my Kitchenaid mixer. I can make a delicious linguini or angel hair pasta in 20 minutes from mixing in my food processor to final product. Nothing beats fresh homemade pasta
