Very happy with the results

I had a fairly large tiled area to include a sunroom, kitchen and dinette. The 2 bottles was enough to clean the entire area and reapply to a few "really" dirty areas. I found the cleaner easy to apply and after letting it sit for 8-10mins I moderately scrubbed the grout lines with the included brush...I was really impressed with the difference in the before and after. I didn't find the odor overpowering or the chemicals to harsh if I accidently got it on my skin. The only real negative I found was it seemed to leave a tacky film on the tile even though I mopped multiple times using clean water. I may use a cleaning product to try and remove the grout cleaner residue.

This product works as advertised. Put it on, wait 5-10 minutes, scrub, rinse and the grout looks great. The hardest part for me was rinsing off the cleaner. That took me a couple of rinses to get all of the residue off the tile. The dirt and grime comes off with a few strokes of the included scrubbing brush with a minimum of effort. Follow the instructions, particularly about just doing small areas at a time. I had tried all the standard cleaning techniques with modest results and a lot more labor. Give this product a try, you won't be disappointed!

This stuff is fantastic. I am ordering even more! No scrubbing - at least compared with other methods. You pour it in the grout lines, wait 7 minutes, "agitate" (run the tile brush over the group lines -no scrubbing) and then mop. I was amazed. One bottle did a small shower and an average kitchen area. It did not do as good a job on the shower, I think because it was not flat and did not absorb as well. I watched the youtube video and didn't believe it would work that way. I have done the toothbrush and _______(every substance you can imagine). They work, but they are labor-intensive and slow. This is easy and fast. Wish I knew what the basic ingredients were so I could make it myself and save money, but it is worth the cost. Thank you, Floor Guys, for making such a great product! I am not a friend or relative, just a happy customer.

I have labored on my hands and knees for hours in the past, using various products, brushes, scrub pads, and lots of elbow grease to get my large kitchen, bath, breakfast area, den floor tile and grout clean. A terrible job! The floor gets cleaned and mopped all the time but it is a high traffic area in constant use, and the grout gets very dark.
I have sampled this tile and grout cleaner on several areas, using the special grout brush, and it is amazing! No scrubbing, no real effort- just follow the directions, wait 5-10 minutes and achieve the results shown in the before and after pictures attached. I am extremely satisfied so far and fully expect to use this from now on, as needed.

An excellent new product that actually works! After watching the You Tube video from the floor guys I applied Grout-eez. I followed the instructions from the video and 17 year old floors look new. I did not have to get on my hands and knees and scrub the grout like I have done in the past. The brush that is included easily attached to my broom's handle. Plus the grout is cleaner than when I actually cleaned the floors on my hands and knees. There was no obnoxious order to contend with like bleach. The price was minimal especially since my neighbors called a floor cleaning company to clean her tile. She paid "big bucks" for what I did in minutes and for a fraction of her cost. The kicker is my grout looks cleaner, she is not very happy but next time she is going to try Grout-eez.
