Excelente compra y duradera

I like the fact that these compression sleeves have the added support of the strap. I'm not an athlete anymore, but my injuries from my younger years are still here in full affect.
After coming from a doctor's appt., I saw they arrived. My left foot was in so much pain. I took pain medication, I used my shiatsu foot massager, my dpl therapy and then I put on of the sleeves on. Although both of my feet hurt, my left foot is worse. I could feel the pain slowly easing up on my left foot, which made me feel the difference from not putting it on my right foot.
I will see how they are in the future while wearing them outside. I don't go out much due to numerous reasons, but I will see how these work with my sneakers and orthotics. I had my orthotics on when I went to my appt., but my foot still hurt.
These are definitely a keeper. I will also use the strap with my other foot sleeves.

I purchased this because I twisted my ankle and it just wasn't healing. The brace I had wasn't providing a lot of support and I couldn't wear it with my shoes. This solved both of my problems. It's not super supportive so I wouldn't purchase this if my ankle was severely injured. However, for my ongoing pain and ankle weakness, this is exactly what I need.

I love having the sleeve that I can wear all of the time for comfort plus the strap that comes with it and allows me to add additional support when my ankle is particularly bothering me. I have found that I can wear all of my (sensible) shoes with the sleeve and even with the strap, although some are a bit snug.

Having two proved fortuitous when my son fell in a basketball game and twisted his ankle. I would have surrendered my brace to him, but it wasn't necessary. Plus, I was able to give him the strap I had with me to use immediately even without the sleeve until we could get him home and have the ankle iced. So the two parts are really handy.

Does what it's supposed to do.

The media could not be loaded. I am an avid volleyball player and I play indoor volleyball 2 to 3 times a week, and ankles are the most risky and vulnerable area for injury in volleyball because you are constantly jumping up and down to block or spike by the net. You can easily hurt your ankle or worse, land on someone else's foot coming down... ouch!

WHAT I LIKE:

5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend it. I would say this is overall very solid product for your ankle support and protection, especially for its price point. I always carry one in my volleyball duffel bag so I'm always protected whenever I'm playing volleyball.
