I have used this product for awhile now and it continues to perform well.
Refrigerator odors had been a struggle since moving into our current appt. Despite an avid commitment to cleaning it regularly, guests would actually comment on it when the door was opened: it was that bad. We had tried everything including taking everything out of the fridge (including shelves and drawers) and cleaning and then disinfecting with bleach. While this did help, the refrigerator retained its stubborn musty smell. As a renter, a new fridge was not an option, so we kept multiple cups of baking soda in the fridge at a time. Again, this helped, but our refrigerator still had "fridge smell."
I was skeptical when I saw this product, but as a person who is very sensitive to odors, I was also desperate. My hopes did not increase when I received what looked like a minature tower fan but I'm so glad I gave it a try. Since placing this product in our refrigerator I smell NOTHING when I open the door. The small footprint is also a plus.
I doubt anything would make a dirty fridge smell better (or be healthy...), but if you have a clean fridge with a stubborn smell I highly recommend this product.

My refrigerator has no odor whatsoever even when I leave things in the refrigerator that have turned green. I have had it now for about a year and it is still working. It has a little green light that flashes briefly when it is operating. I installed a rechargeable battery in the unit and it is still going strong.
