I started painting my nails and using the sheets of polish which made my nails brittle and peel. My nails have always grown quickly and been strong until then. I started using this daily a few weeks ago and even put it in my fur babies morning food. I can say he loves it and for me, well my strong nails are back, hair is even better and skin even looks better! A plus also, I had a shoulder injury that bothered me every day but now it seems to be going away too!

Works well as a thickening agent in juice for homemade jello. I thought this was the best priced option out there for organic grass-fed beef but after purchasing this, I stumbled across Trim Healthy Mama Gelatin that is also organic and grass-fed from Swanson Vitamins for a cheaper price. I've also stirred it into my juice in the morning for a quick shot of protein but it stays clumpy and gritty. Get the other kind that dissolves in cold water for your drink.

I got this product to mainly make jellos.
It has very less calories and so jellos made out of this can be a supplement to some really unhealthy snacks.
It gives a feeling of being full if you eat it an hour before your meals thus reducing the meal intake as well.
And since its pure gelatin, it does not effect the body in any ways.
Just 2 teaspoons of this with 4 glasses of organic juice (1 glass juice heated and gelatin mixed to it + 3 glasses cold juice) of your choice makes a perfect jello.
I would surely recommend this to other people and will get more.

P.S: Since its made of Beef Gelatin, please remember not to give anything made from this product to vegetarians.

I've been using the product for a little over a week. This is my first time using gelatin so I cannot compare it to other products. I've used it every day either in my coffee or smoothie, done in my ninja. It really is tasteless!!! I do notice that I feel fuller and remain full for longer. It is clearly too soon, though, to tell if there are any systemic effects, good or bad. I came to gelatin because I was looking for a more natural way of treating my aging and sun damaged skin, especially my face. Didn't wanna buy those cosmetic products that promise to make you look younger in minutes!!! My skin does look better but it's probably the tallow, lanolin and vitamin C serum I've been using as well. This is clearly a problem...how to tell what is working. I figure, though, that even if it isn't THE silver bullet it is likely to have a good systemic effect, and that this effect will be over the long term and in combination with other healthy choices. I'm NOT looking for magic.

Makes great, healthy jello, is good in soups, broths, smoothies and etc..

I've had no problem with the texture and while it does have a slight meaty smell out of the bag but that disappears when it is heated.

I've been doing bone broth all of the time too so I can't speak to this stuff's health effects...
