I wear these at work everyday. They stay put even when I am adding layers and the support is good. The 36" waistband is comfortable, nice and wide, and roughly 34" before stretching. Unlike the old Omtex Gold supporters I don't believe these have natural rubber elastic but they should still last several years if you avoid hot water and the dryer. I wash gentle and block them out stacked on a towel to dry overnight. This product was introduced to awaiting demand and the materials and workmanship are exceptional as with all Omtex products. I respectfully disagree with other critical reviewers, if you want a functional supporter brief (that the ladies will admire) these beat out any designer briefs selling at 2 and 3 times the price. I was not compensated in any way for this review, I am happy to pay the going rate.
