Great customer service! Read this if you are a larger person...

UPDATE: After writing my review, I was contacted by the company who wanted to make it right. They sent us one of the older models, which was firmer. It works well for my husband. They apparently have a limited supply of these remaining. If you're a bigger person, you may want to request one of these. I highly recommend the company and the product. They seem to really want you to be happy.
ORIGINAL: My aunt and I (160 lbs and 120 lbs) found this very comfortable. However, my husband and my cousin (both about 200 lbs - which is less than the 230 lbs stated in the product specs) said they could feel the floor and did not like it. I love the removable cover, the roll-up design, and the carrying bag.

We purchased this item to use in front of the fire place. The item was received on time and was well packaged. Upon opening the package, the first thing I noticed was the high quality materials used to make it. They appear very similar, if not identical, to the materials used in my tempupedic bed. I have also been impressed with the professionalism of the support staff. They have been extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They truly go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

An absolutely brilliant memory foam mattress. You won't be disappointed. I've been sleeping on it exclusively for the last 4 months
Of note: it's LARGE - in the carry sack it's almost as big as I am (a 6'0 person), and not really meant for carrying long distances

Top notch product. HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL from memory foam, to zippered covering.The zipper on the case that the foam goes inside is HEAVY DUTY. The storage bag has PLENTIFUL room, easiest and most effortless time putting the rolled up bag inside. Bed rolls up EASY, and the straps and connecting clips are HEAVY DUTY, AND VERY DURABLE. To me, this is the most well crafted product in its category available today. These people REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT, and customer service was quick to respond to my questions prior to purchase.

This mattress is fantastic. I've been looking for a solution for a while that would work for both houseguests and car camping- this is PERFECT.
PROS:
-It's a comfortable mattress
-It rolls up and clips into a burrito very easily
-It's easy to get in the bag with lots of extra room
-The bag is a great over-the-shoulder carry bag
-It stores easily in the top of my closet
-I slept on it all last week when I had houseguests, and slept perfectly.
CONS:
-None yet. This thing rocks.
I was wary of buying a product that was pretty new with not that many reviews online, but I'm glad I took a chance. It's so great. I had been browsing folding mattresses/nonfolding matresses/camping pads/etc trying to find something to replace the inflatable mattress I used previously. This is a unique and perfectly executed solution.
