Well made but misrepresented in the product description...

I hate making one star reviews especially when it is for a well made product but when you misrepresent a product I get really frustrated. I looked for this type of bracket for a long time in Amazon and I ended up getting this because in the description it says "hole to hole distance: 25mm" which is exactly what I need. Today it arrived and does not match my pre-drilled component that I need to attach it to. Back to searching and I am sure that I will keep clicking on the ones I rejected the first time I was looking for it. It is not even worth returning because it was $5.00. By the time Amazon gets it back the only happy customers will be the post office. Very frustrating!!!
Ff you need something 1/2" wide like I did... maybe look elsewhere

they are pretty good quality but there is no standard screw that sits flush in the hold provided.
Hole to Hole dimensions not accurate in product specifications.

BEWARE....the measurements posted on the product description are not accurate. Several different part number/models of this product have the same dimensions. Cut and paste error, so may not fit application.

It is not the size stated under Technical Details (wrong: 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.5 inches). They are actually 1.5 inches long as stated in another part of the description.
