We used this wall plate as part of our homeade data closet for our living room TV setup. We've ran all of our equipment in a nearby closet for the living room TV and mounted the TV on the wall. The nice thing about the wall plate is you don't have to cut and rewire the cables, you just plug them directly into the back of the plate! Great!

Update: if you don't mind waiting a few extra days in the event of a defective part, their customer service is excellent, sending me a replacement part at no cost.
Garbage - One side of the jack has 8 pins to connect to cable, the other side is missing pins 6,7,8. Don't waste your time or money. Bad quality if this was cat5, useless since the jack itself is stamped for Cat6 wiring.

We ran a cat-5 up to my new office and I couldn't be happier. I went from 15 Mbs to over 50! This is a small and necessary component to that success.
Works great, easy installation

Works great! The RJ45 connections are easier to terminate at the wall plate and more reliable than the keystone modular ones.
