I love the tones but I wished it stayed on for fifteen minutes or longer. I need to turn it on at least 5 times before I can get to a relaxed state.

After 1 week:
I struggle a lot to clear my mind when trying to meditate. I guess I am neurotic, constantly thinking, solving problems in my life, the spinning mind never stops. So I was hoping this would force it to stop. It does not. You still gotta work on not thinking.

I find the sounds it makes almost like a hug. Its hard to explain, but I keep finding myself thinking "oh, thank you..." for the unexpected sound massage, like it hit just the note and I could feel the sound in my body exactly where I needed it. Cozy. Comforting.

When playing it at bedtime, usually whoever is listening (me, my husband or my teen daughter) fall asleep after listening 2-3 times. Thats rather nice.

I will keep trying and update the review. My goal for 2023 is regular meditation. Fingers crossed.

Week 3 update:
my daughter had major surgery with many complications. I mainly bought this to help her anxiety for her traumatic post surgical care. The anxiety is intense, sometimes it takes up to 10 hrs to accomplish her therapy of 15 minutes. I've tried everything I can think of to help her. These are part of her process. She has to calm down to do the therapy or it won't work, so we use these speakers to meditate before. She likes them so much she often plays them 2-4 times before starting. Sometimes I lie there next to her getting pissed my mind wandered again and hoping she will press play again. And she does 😋

Funny that we both find ourselves craving it now. Not funny they are always in her room and I have to hunt them down, but hey, I was the ride along.

Follow the sound is my only suggestion. It seems easier than other meditation methods I've tried.

Week 5 update:
I can't really explain why these things feel so good. I find myself wishing they were next to me when I'm randomly cozy somewhere. Like I'm craving them. I like to hold one against my heart chakra"¦ kinda cool to feel the physical vibration and also feel it at the same time internally but more like emotionally?

I still suck at meditating, often I find myself wandering off and coming back and going gosh I hope there is still time left before it's over. 🤦"â'€ï¸ but I also kind of forgot about them for a week. Hoping I still get better at paying attention to the sounds for 3 freeking minutes. That should not be so hard. I did read that introverts have very active minds, even while at rest, more so than extroverts. Maybe that's my excuse! 🤪😭

My daughters anxiety is still bad. But it's not unwarranted, she has to do painful therapy 3x a day"¦ I think anyone would freak out at that. She said she needed a break from these because of so many unsuccessful therapy days in a row, now they feel connected to that. So she took a week off. Trying them again now that she's had some successful therapy days.

Still optimistic. Not exactly sure what they are doing but if you want to hold a hug in your hands"¦ here ya go! 🔊🔊

(Btw just got the carrying case available on their website for $15)

Are they overpriced? Yes. Will I return them. No. I don't know what it is about them but they are super cool. I listen to them and it is just so peaceful and relaxing. I wish they would play longer. My brain loves them

Everyone, spa clients & other healing arts practitioners alike, love the "n.o.w. tone therapy system"! I work at a day spa where it had fantastic reception. Definitely the right decision to add to my practice.

Used it with each client to promote centering and focus; one round of tones at the beginning of the Reiki session was just right. Yes, I did have to turn it back on several times for one of my more "highly charged" clients. It took three rounds for her to finally respond, feel more relaxed, and start breathing properly. (It wasn't disruptive in the flow to do so, not in the slightest.) Looking forward to introducing more clients to the subtle benefits. It'll be interesting to see how people respond while having an Acupressure, Earthing, or Sound Therapy session.

I'd been looking for a way to gently move clients' attention from their busyness mode into their self-care mode"¦ this tone therapy system is perfect. Excellent size units for placement in limited space. Solid feeling in the hands and have a material on the bottom that keeps them from slipping. Easy to tuck the box into my tote bag. I'm enjoying it, too for evening self-care!

So I have had this product for about 2 years now. They are great. They have a nice weight to them. They're solid and clean. The battery charge lasts a long time even when using them consistently for years.

My only complaint was the length of the audio file played. They play for approximately 5 min each which was just short of feeling comforted and having to restart the whole process.

Now. The audio files are on a micro SD card in both units. I was able to copy them to my computer and edit them. If I recall there was about 50 files on each card. I edited both down to 10 audio files which condoned 5 files played back to back allowing for about 25 to 30 minutes of sound. This has made the devices perfect for what I need.
