Toss the free tool, but this is loaded with useful sizes and applications.

There are more choices than you probably need (a good thing!), and enough of each. The included tool is nice, but is cheap and metal so it WILL scratch. There's something in here for everything until you get to really large cutouts (uncommon). If you're looking for this kind of stuff it's a great kit.

This is a great kit and the removal tool it comes with is even ok. I'm sure I'll use up some of these before others but it was less expensive to buy this kit then keep going back to the auto-parts store when removing the front end on my wife's Saturn Vue (all plastic). The tool has a larger bend in it than others I have which can help sometimes.

The auto parts store did not have what I needed, it turned out that only needed 3 of these fasteners from this kit for my daughters' car, which worked well. This is one of those kits that you don't know when you will need it until you need it. Worth the money.
Used some on my Jeep Wrangler
OCD Reader•December 17, 2017
Good set and I used some of the fixings already as I done a fender removal on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler 2 door. The wheel arch liner on the rear has 5 push in plastic fixings so when I removed the fender and liner I needed replacements. The ones supplied worked perfectly and pulled the liner in nice and tight into the wheel arch. I'm happy with the selection and the price paid. If you go to Jeep directly you will likely pay $25 for half a dozen fixings. This is massively better value even if you never use most of the supplied fixings.
Peace of mind

I've only used one of these so far but there are many parts in this set that I have needed in the past. This kit will make reinstalling stuff a lot better when you break the old ones upon disassembly.
