Perfect size, and weight (and length) for role playing. Sides are unsharpened. Handle (pommel) is perfect for either one or two handed use. Glistening metal and leather really looks fantastic. I love the way it snicks perfectly into the scabbard. Has a lovely *ring* when unsheathed.
Full Tang. If the handle becomes loose, just tighten the nut under the end piece (see pic)

As others have said, this is wall art, a replica, but it's an awesome replica. It's hefty, well made, and very attractive. One of the better made replicas I own. The detail and craftsmanship on the hilt and scabbard are fantastic! It fits snuggly in the scabbard, but I noticed some of the reason for this is a dab of hot glue just inside the opening of the locket. The blade has something of an edge, so it's not completely blunt like most replicas. Looks like they just ground one side of each edge (a chisel grind), but definitely not blunt. I opted for the Celtic Sword since the ring grip hilt looks a lot like some of the steel swords used by Geralt in the Witcher 3. I am very pleased with this sword!

Ranger sword replacement!

I was looking for a somewhat smaller version of Aragorn/ strider Ranger sword as the authenticated version I have is sometimes difficult to practice with in low ceiling areas. The Ace Martial arts version is almost perfect copy of aragorn's ranger sword in look if not in blade type, length , weight and other specifics! I would have preferred a longer and heavier sword blade but it does very well for what it is. Of course blade material, strength , etc are inferior to the original but I was Aware before the purchase and was not really looking for an exact replica of a replica I already owned. For the price you can't go wrong. From a distance it approximates the Dunedain Ranger sword somewhat darker in accents and even more for the scabbard but all in all a nice sword and scabbard item!
