Easy to use, Works perfectly

Used this with a bypass for my pioneer stereo. So simple to clamp onto existing connections and add the bypass wires. You only need flat plyers to clamp once wires are placed properly. Looks neat and I'm able to access all functions of my stereo now.

For what it is, it is a well built product. But caution, it may not clamp down all the time, and it doesn't work well with thicker wires so you may need several in case you break one during install.

Great product that works well for vehicles. I used these to connect an aftermarket backup camera. The camera wires are very very small and these worked perfectly! I liked being able to disconnect the splice if needed.

I ordered 2 packs of twelve, which means I should've gotten 24 pieces total. So why did I only get 19? Either someone can't count, or someone decided I didn't deserve to receive the quantity I paid for. What gives?
I used one in a bench test setup for some planned outdoor lighting projects (all connections will be made in waterproof enclosures since these are NOT weatherproof), and it's important to test continuity at the branch points to make sure the wire is connected properly (no guarantee that the seller's photos are accurate). When using the right gauge of wire, these connectors make a solid splice, and I think that they'll work flawlessly. As a precaution, I intend to wrap the spliced connections in tape just to ensure that the doors won't pop open over time.
Lost 2 stars on the review because 19 does not equal 24. Otherwise, the product itself shows promise.
*update: after leaving middle ground reviews for the product and the seller due to the missing/wrong quantity, I was contacted by the seller's customer service rep and was given an apology as well as sent another pack of 12 to resolve the issue I had. They didn't ask me to edit the review, but since they followed up on a shortcoming, I figured that the least I could do was reciprocate. After all, the product itself is really good for making 2-wire tees...you don't find stuff like this in home depot...

I used these for a low voltage lighting project outdoors. They are advertised for 18 ga wires, but I really struggled using that gauge. 20 ga worked better, but still not well. The connections just took much longer than I expected. I had to remove the clear covers for each connection and use a small screwdriver to push the wires down to make the stab connections work.
In the end the connectors work and they're waterproof, but they were not easy or fast.
