I received mine with just a few small dents. For the money I would expect much better packaging. BUT it works as intended and looks proper. It reflects the stove heat out towards the room and the surrounding walls are cool to the touch.

I was expecting a bent up piece of flimsy sheet metal based on reviews. It's still thinner metal but better than I thought. My walls are not hot like they used to be and it arrived in good condition. I will sleep better at night now so it was worth the money to me
