Got this for my mother for her birthday. Nothing crazy, which is exactly what was needed. The speaker is decently loud, loud enough to have outside with a large group of people. I love that it also has an FM radio, for the folks that do not know how to use Bluetooth. For the price, it surpasses my expectations!
Digital Display, Radio, and Bluetooth in a Small Package

I have a version of this speaker made by Apie. Same case, same button configuration, all they've done is address any complaint I had about the original.
Starting with turning the unit on. Gone is the annoyingly loud voice announcing " Bluetooth mode ". Replaced with a totally reasonable series of beeps and " blue " written on the digital display.
The display is a great addition. I use this speaker most often for work and it's great that it has a display AND allows stations to be stored.
The FM radio picks up all the stations in the area and performs as expected.
Bluetooth connects easily, not the longest range but plenty for most uses.
Plenty of volume even in a construction environment. The highs and mids are fairly decent but the bass is non existent. This is fine for me since I prefer to have little to no bass over having a speaker that overheats. It does what it's designed to do well enough.
I deducted the one star because on the Amazon description it states the speaker is 10 watts ( 2 speakers x 5 watts ), but the specs that came with the device says 8 watts ( 2 x 4 watts ). I tend to believe it is 8 watts considering the first one I had in 8 and the case is exactly the same. It's not a big deal to me but truth in advertising is important and this may be a deciding factor for some people.
I still have the old one and it's now the house speaker. Seeing how it survived a trip into a bucket of water I'm guessing it will be around for a long time to come and I expect the same from the new, improved version.

I bought this for my Mother thinking it was a receiver. I would up keeping it for myself to enhance sound on my computer.

I'm very satisfied with this speaker. The speaker has very good sound quality and a comfortable bass. It is loud enough for my apartment, actually, it is more loud than I expected. I can easily connect my computer or smart phone to it and play music. The battery can last about 7 hours when I first use it. It can also play music on my usb drive directly. I am very happy I got such a inexpensive speaker of this quality.

It's a wonderful product. With such economic price, the sound coming out from it is so surprisingly well, and it has so mang functions which is even more perfect. The battery is good too, i changed it for maybe 10 or 15mins and it lasted for two hours! It's amazing, highly recommend this for people seeking for a daily multifunctionnal entertainment.
