I am struggling with food and self care right now so I bought these because they were the best value by weight that I saw for dehydrated potatoes and I need something I can make quickly and with little effort. They are sooooo good and I even sometimes just pour out a small serving of pearls and just eat them dry, they crunch like a chip or cracker and then get creamy and soft as you chew while still tasting good.
