Dog grooming is expensive... this has saved me alot of money when it comes to grooming my small dogs. I purchased a sling on Amazon to go with it, so they are suspended like little burritos while I clip their nails. No muss, no fuss, and I've saved some money. I like that there are two hooks, so you can hold your pet more securely. Some bars only have one hook, so this is much safer all across the board.
Worked great for my 50lb Husky.

The most critical review talked about some lacking features of the grooming arm, they posted it in 2020 so I'm not sure if they changed the design since then but mine didn't have those issues. The pictures show the plastic piece on top and the metal adjustment plate on the bottom. Mine had the opposite so plastic on bottom and adjustment plate on top. If your table has lip that's too small it will bottom out and you wont be able to get a secure clamp onto the table.
The review also mentioned the arm didn't have a safety feature and fell down while they were setting it up. Mine had metal protrusion on the vertical arm and it would catch on the lower piece it slides into if it were to fall.
The only thing I would be concerned about is if you have a dog that doesn't hold still when tethered to it and pulls, it isn't super stable but it works for me.

This is a very sturdy unit, and was a big help for home grooming my sweet 20# shorkie by keeping him standing up, so I didn't have to keep holding him. It did not fit the table I was planning on using because of the large lip that was a couple inches in from the edge, so you need a completely flat edge when attaching it. It attaches one way only, so his bottom faces the height adjustable metal arm, and his head faces away from it. There's only one place for me to attach it, and that's on my kitchen counter. The arm that holds him up does fold down when flipped back over for storage. We did ok for first timers, but then he's very accommodating too, which helps a lot. It paid for itself the first time.
